2015 Free Church School In Theology Programme Announced

The 63rd Free Church School in Theology takes place from 7th to 10th September 2015 (DV) at the usual venue Carronvale House, Larbert.

The 2015 speakers and subjects have now been set and include, Rev Timothy J McGlynn, “Council of Constance”, Rev Raymond A Kemp, “Encouragement in our conflict with Rome”, based on Matthew 16:13-20 explained and applied, Rev Harry J T Woods, “Athanasius on the Incarnation”, Rev William Macleod, “The Call to the Ministry: External, Internal Call”, Rev Greg MacDonald, “An overview of the Book of Amos”, Rev Malcolm H Watts, “The Love of the Spirit”, and Rev Kenneth Macdonald, “Fostering Ministerial Friendships”.


Also in the programme are daily prayer meetings, devotionals and evening worship sessions, a Missionary spot when Rev Andrew R Allan, General Secretary of Hudson Taylor Ministies UK, is expected to speak, and book reviews.


This year we expect to have Colin Campbell from the Evangelical Bookshop, Belfast, make a return visit to the School and provide an extensive bookstall.


The school has a reputation of being a relaxed and informal gathering where men gather from all over the UK and beyond to enjoy a time of stimulation, encouragement and fellowship around the Word of God in a delightful and congenial location.
